Scripture: Colossians 2:8-15
When George Whitefield’s brother came to salvation, he declared, “What precious Scripture! And how is it that it comes with such force to me? I bless God for that, then He will save me. I trust my soul in His hands; He has forgiven me.” How is it that such a man could obtain forgiveness? How can any man be reconciled to God with our debt is infinitely unpayable because of our sin? Paul gives the answer: only if God pays our debt.
